Embedding an image
To upload and embed an image into a Weblink description:
In the rich text editor place the text cursor at the point that you wish to insert the image and click the 'insert/edit image' icon in the editor menu, as shown in the diagram.

This will bring up an 'image properies' pop-up form, as shown below. You can select an already existing image on the web site or upload a new one by clicking on 'Browse Server'.

This will bring up a new form as shown below. Either select an existing image by clicking on it in the main list, or find it by clicking the folders on the left, or to upload a new image to the web site, click on 'Upload'. This will change the display to show the file upload controls, as shown a the top of the diagram below.

Click 'Upload' after you have selected an image file on your computer.

When the file has finished uploading the image should appear at the bottom right of the upload form, as shown.

Click on the image to return to the 'image properties' pop-up. The image should now be in the pop-up window, as shown below.

Complete the image properties form. As a general suggestion use 2 for the horizontal and vertical spacing. Left alignment often works well. When done click 'Ok' to see the image embedded in the description field. (You probably won't want to adjust the size just yet)

With the image now in the 'Link Description' window, you can resize it by dragging its corners.
Save the form and you're done!
